Just visited, decided to stop in the lounge to cool off and the vending machine didn’t dispense item. A salesman stopped to inform me that, I can request a refund at the business office. I approached the desk and she appeared to be annoyed. At first she asked her colleague (Taylor) to assist me but then she says never mind. After giving my change I say thank you, and she says “mhmmm”. So needless to say, we left instead of proceeding to speak with a salesman to test drive. My family has visited this location twice and both times with unfavorable experiences.<br><br>I would rather know that my business is not welcome before starting buying process at this location.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy—just focused on getting me the right vehicle. This was my first time buying a car and I have my forever go to guy! What really impressed me was his follow-through after the sale: when some minor body work popped up, Ben went above and beyond to get me a credit for detailing and service to get it schedule to fix!
