This was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. I had been struggling to get the car I wanted and was starting to lose hope, but after getting in contact with this dealership, they made my dream come true. Ross Kauffman went above and beyond to help me through every step of the process, and the manager, Steve Borkowski, was equally outstanding. I called them at 9:00 AM, and by 2:21 PM, I had already received my approval. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Their customer service is truly exceptional. After searching everywhere for the right car at the right price, I came across Auto Lenders. We live way out on Long Island and I hoped it would be worth the trip to test drive the car we’d found. It was.<br><br>Before I booked an appointment, I had a slew of questions that always got a swift and helpful response; both cars I was interested in were moved to the Princeton location for me; we were collected from the station; we test drove both cars (one of them twice) before deciding; the paperwork process was a breeze and well explained (including getting it registered in NY not NJ).<br><br>Honestly, we couldn’t be happier. This is how you should get treated when buying a car. We’ll be back for the next one. Don’t hesitate - find the car you want here and stop looking.
